ATF Connect

Terms of Use

Version 1 · August 2026 · English (translations to follow)

1. What ATF Connect is

ATF Connect is the Asian Tennis Federation's community platform. It connects coaches, clubs, academies, fitness trainers, sparring partners, players and parents across Asia. It is a directory and community — it is not an employment agency, payment processor or booking guarantor.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold several roles (for example coach and sparring partner) under one identity.

3. No payments on the platform

ATF Connect never processes payments. Any prices shown (programs, courts, budgets) are information only. All arrangements, bookings and payments happen directly between members, at their own responsibility.

4. Community rules

Be truthful and respectful. Reviews, stories, wall posts, board posts and chat messages must not be fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful. User-generated content is moderated: the ATF team may edit visibility, remove content, or restrict accounts that break these rules. Chats are visible to ATF administrators for community safety.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant the ATF a licence to display it on the platform. Do not post content you have no right to share. Verified badges are awarded by the federation and may be withdrawn.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. The ATF verifies what it reasonably can, but does not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles, reviews or listings, and is not a party to arrangements made between members.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
