ATF Connect

Privacy Policy

Version 1 · August 2026 · English (translations to follow)

1. What we collect

Registration data (name, email, mobile, country, role), profile content you choose to publish (photo, bio, services, certifications), and platform activity needed for features to work (reviews, connections, posts, bookings, support messages, login times).

2. What we use it for

To run the platform: showing your public profile, matching you with the community, notifications you asked for, moderation and safety, and improving the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. What is public

Your profile page, reviews about your profile, your public wall and board posts, and your court or availability listings are visible to visitors. Your email and mobile number are never shown publicly. Connections-only posts are visible only to your accepted connections.

4. Messages and moderation

Support tickets are read by the ATF team. Member-to-member chats are visible to ATF administrators for community safety — this is disclosed in the chat interface. Reviews and stories are read by moderators before publication.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on the federation's servers. Passwords are stored hashed. Uploaded images are re-processed before storage. Access to administrative tools is restricted to the ATF team.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time, unpublish programs and availability, and ask the ATF team (via the contact page) to correct or delete your data, in line with applicable data-protection rules across our member countries.

7. Contact

For any privacy question or request, use the contact page — messages go directly to the federation team.
