ATF CONNECT

Connect Guide

Quick answers for every step — searchable, in your language.

Getting started
How do I join ATF Connect?
Press "Get Connected", choose who you are (player, parent, coach, club…), and fill the short form. You get your ATF Connect ID immediately and land in your account.
How do I log in?
Use your email, mobile number, or ATF Connect ID, together with your password or your 6-digit PIN. One login works for every role you hold.
What is my ATF Connect ID?
A personal code like RAJKAP197291, shown on your account page and in your welcome email. It identifies you across all of ATF Connect and can be used to log in.
I forgot my PIN or password — what now?
Use "Forgot password" on the login page. The emailed link lets you set a new password and, optionally, a new 6-digit PIN in the same step.
How do I change my 6-digit PIN?
Open your account page and choose "Login PIN" under Security. Confirm your password, enter the new PIN twice, and it works for all your roles at once.
Courts & booking
How do I book a court?
Open a court page (from Find a Court, a venue profile, or a coach profile), pick a day and a free time slot, then press Book. The venue confirms your request.
Why was my booking confirmed instantly?
Venues can approve their members for instant booking. Once a venue has approved your affiliation, your bookings there confirm immediately — no waiting.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open "My bookings" in your account and press Cancel on the booking. Each venue sets its own cancellation window — inside it, cancelling is free.
What happens if I cancel late?
If you cancel inside the venue's cancellation window, the venue may keep a percentage of the court price, as stated on the court page. ATF Connect only displays this — any payment is handled directly with the venue.
What does joining a venue (affiliation) mean?
Pressing "Join this venue" on a court or venue page sends a request. Once the venue approves you, you may get member prices and instant booking there.
Community
How do I find a person or a venue?
Use the search box on the home page or in Community. Type a name — or an exact ATF Connect ID to jump straight to that profile.
How do I post on Baseline?
Open Community → Baseline and write in the box at the top. Posts are public to the community; keep it friendly — tennis lives here.
How do I mention another member in a post?
Type at least two letters of their name in the tag field and pick them from the list. They are notified about your post.
A post is in a language I don't read — can I translate it?
Yes — press "Translate" under the post and it appears in your interface language.
Your account
I am a coach AND a parent — do I need two accounts?
No. Open "My roles" in your account and add the second role. One login, one ID — you switch roles with one tap.
What is the completion percentage on my account page?
It shows how much of your profile is filled in. Fields marked in red are the missing ones; a complete profile is found more easily by the community.
Where do I see my notifications?
The bell at the top right. Unread is your tray; once read, entries move to the archive tab, so nothing is lost.
Running a venue
We are a club — how do we publish our first court?
Open "My courts" in your account, add the court with its price, then publish its weekly hours. It appears on your public page and in Find a Court right away.
How do members see when our courts are free?
Publish availability per court (weekday, from, to) in "My courts". The public court page then shows a live slot grid for each day.
Where do we set prices, night rates, and cancellation rules?
Venue settings, in your venue zone. Night multiplier, lighting surcharge, member discount, cancellation window and fee — with a live example computed from your own court.
How do we approve members who want to join us?
The Members screen in your venue zone lists requests. Approving a member can give them member prices and instant booking — you can also enable auto-approval in Venue settings.
What is the venue Wallet?
A read-only view of each member's balance with your venue, derived from your ledger. ATF Connect records and displays money — it never moves it.
