ATF Connect

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about ATF Connect — the Asian Tennis Federation's community platform.

Getting started

What is ATF Connect?

The Asian Tennis Federation's continental platform — one open roof where Asia's coaches, clubs, academies, fitness trainers, sparring partners, players and parents find each other.

Who can join?

Anyone in the tennis community: coaches, clubs, academies, fitness trainers, sparring partners, players, parents and federation officials. Registration is open to all of Asia — it takes under a minute.

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining and using ATF Connect is free, and the platform itself never processes payments.

Accounts & signing in

How do I sign in?

With your email, mobile number or ATF Connect ID — plus your password or your 6-digit PIN. Easiest of all: your mobile number + 6-digit PIN, the pair nobody forgets. Sign in here.

What is my ATF Connect ID?

A personal code (like YURPOL428613) created at registration and emailed to you. You can sign in with it any time — or simply use your mobile number and PIN.

I forgot my password — what now?

Press “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page — a reset link arrives in your email within a minute. (And remember: your 6-digit PIN also signs you in, even while a password is forgotten.)

Profiles & verification

How do I complete my profile?

Sign in, open My ATF Connect, and add your photo, bio, services and certifications — at your own pace. Complete profiles appear stronger in search.

What is the gold verified badge?

The ATF-Verified mark, awarded by the federation after checking a member. You cannot buy it — it is earned.

Why are family names in capital letters?

House style: family names display in CAPITALS so names read unambiguously across Asia's many scripts.

Job board

Who can post a vacancy?

Clubs and academies, from their own login. Postings can be edited or closed at any time.

How do I apply for a job?

Signed-in coaches, fitness trainers and sparring partners can apply once per vacancy with a short pitch.

What does 'Expired' mean on a posting?

Its apply-by date has passed. The poster can move the date forward to re-open it.

Programs

What are programs?

Training offerings created by individual providers — group clinics, junior development, fitness blocks and more.

Who can offer a program?

Coaches, fitness trainers and sparring partners, from their own login.

Can I book or pay on the site?

No. Prices shown are information only — contact the provider directly to arrange and pay.

Court booking

How do I book a court?

Open Find Courts (or any club/academy page), pick a court, a day and a free time — two taps. Members of a venue are confirmed instantly; others send a request the venue confirms.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes — under My ATF Connect → Bookings. Cancelling inside the venue's free window costs nothing; a late cancellation may be recorded with the venue's posted fee, payable at their desk.

Do I pay online?

Never. ATF Connect shows prices for information only and processes no payments — you pay the venue directly, exactly as you always have.

Reviews & trust

How do reviews work?

Signed-in members leave 1–5 stars and a short text. Every review is checked by the ATF team before it appears.

What is the Trust Factor?

The star summary of a member's approved reviews — the community's own credibility signal.

What does the coloured activity dot mean?

How recently the member was active: green means very recent, grey means quiet for a long while.

For clubs & academies

How do I manage my vacancies?

In My ATF Connect under My vacancies — post, edit, close, and read applications with your own labels.

How do facility photos work?

Photos go through the fixed 16:9 crop tool so every card looks sharp. No raw uploads.

Who may act for an organisation?

The registered owner or manager of that club or academy — the platform verifies this on every action.

Languages & help

Which languages does the site speak?

Seven: English, 中文, 日本語, 한국어, Русский, ไทย and Қазақша. Switch any time from the header.

How do I reach the ATF?

Through the Contact page — messages go straight to the federation team. Or just ask the blue “How can I help?” bubble on any page: it answers in your own language, and a human follows up by email when needed.

How do I hear about new features?

Leave your email on the Interest page and pick your preferred language.
